ProHR
Full Stack Engineer, ProSoft · 2023 to present
An HR and payroll platform with a web admin panel and an Ionic mobile app. It covers attendance, shifts, leave, notices, document-expiry alerts and reporting across branches.
I built the direct cloud connection to ZKTeco attendance terminals, so attendance devices sync straight to the cloud. It was one of the first HR products in Bangladesh to offer this, and it contributed to a 40% increase in company revenue. I later added bKash and other payment gateways to manage customer subscriptions and billing.

A learning management system that automates the administrative work of language schools: checking invoices against teaching hours, tracking payments, handling recurring payments and managing class schedules.
As tech lead, I led the team that built the exam engine with 16+ question types (cloze, matching, sentence building, audio answers, free text), an assignment module with cheating protection, 1:1 and group scheduling, a Calendly-style booking system for students in any time zone, and holiday management at system, school and personal level. Live classes run on Agora video, and course fees run on Stripe.
I also built the public site, deutschd1.com, with course admissions, payments, subscriptions and a members-only podcast.

I built a crawler that collects stories from 220+ news sources in 80+ countries and sorts them into categories automatically.
For a marketing push the site had to be very fast. I moved it from Laravel to Nuxt and Vue, served it from edge functions on Google Cloud Run, and added several layers of caching. It now handles more than a million visitors a month and loads in about 50ms in any region.

A course platform with reading progress, likes, certification and verification, moved from raw PHP to Laravel.

Took a legacy PHP billing system that had been stuck for years, deployed it and made it reliable.

An open-source Vue 3 audio player inspired by Telegram voice messages. 200+ weekly npm downloads.

Open-source contributions since 2022 to a vanilla JavaScript emoji picker.
